How to Post a Shared Room
List your shared condo, house, or apartment to find roommates and divide monthly costs safely and efficiently.
1. Sign in & Create Listing
Sign up or log in, then click the "Post Share Room" button on the top right or within your profile.
2. Complete Details & Upload Photos
Specify accommodation name, location, monthly rent, deposit, and upload clear room photos (up to 10 photos) along with listing amenities.
3. Define Roommate lifestyle preferences
Define roommate preferences (sleep schedules, pets, smoking, or drinking habits) to let the AI process and evaluate roommate compatibility.
4. Publish & Discover Matches
Once published, your listing appears on the shared room board, and the AI immediately starts calculating compatibility for potential roommates!
Safety RecommendationsFor maximum safety, we recommend users complete KYC identity verification before listing, and strictly avoid transferring deposits before viewing the actual room or signing the online roommate agreement.
