How to Top Up and Use Coins
Coins are used for optional services such as unlocks, pooled damage compensation, and future premium features.
1. Open the Coins Page
Sign in and open the Coins page to see your balance, coin packages, and transaction history.
2. Choose a Package or Custom Amount
Pick a package or enter a custom amount. Punjai shows the coin amount and PromptPay QR instantly.
3. Transfer and Upload Slip
Scan the PromptPay QR, transfer the exact amount, then upload your slip for admin verification.
4. Wait for Approval
After admin approval, coins are added to your account. You can track status in transaction history.
What Can Coins Be Used For?
- Unlock contact details or additional roommate profile information.
- Purchase the pooled damage compensation plan for an agreement, e.g. 299 Coins.
- Buy a Browse Pass (29/49/79 coins) for temporary unlimited profile and contact access (7/14/30 days).
- Use optional listing services or future premium features.
Before You Top Up
- Transfer the exact amount shown for faster verification.
- The slip must clearly show amount, date/time, and recipient.
- Coins are not cash and cannot be redeemed as cash unless explicitly stated.
How Coins pay for damage compensation
After everyone signs, open the agreement page for the pooled damage compensation card and live pool balance. Purchase once with 299 Coins. Claims need 90+ days co-living — not insurance. See full terms on the damage compensation page.
